I am a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Aphasia. I also work with children and adults with speech sound disorders, language delays and disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and social language disorders. These communication disorders may result from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, autism spectrum disorders, fetal or have no known cause. My colleagues at SpeechWorks Inc. also evaluate and treat swallowing, the dementias, stuttering and voice disorders. I am proud to work in a clinic that helps clients undergoing a gender transition.
I provide individual and group treatment, parent and family workshops and training for professionals.
I am fluent in English and French, and have extensive experience working with bilingual clients. I am learning Spanish, Portuguese, Chichewa, and Esperanto.
I graduated from the University of Minnesota with an MA in Communication Disorders in 1994. I work at SpeechWorks Inc..
I am registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba and certified by Speech and Audiology Canada.
